Jeff's Corner

Thomas Jefferson wrote about giving too much power to the Supreme Court. "The great object of my fear is the federal judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting with noiseless foot and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step and holding what it gains, is engulfing insidiously the [state] governments into the jaws of that [federal government] which feeds them."

This fear of the judiciary growing more and more powerful is why the Biden regime's attempt to pack the court is their most sinister act to date.

Without any input or fear of any ramification from the people, the Court can wipe out the Constitution, ruling after ruling. They will be able to repress freedom of religion, freedom of assembly and ultimately, the right to keep and bear arms.

Do not be fooled by the Left's justification that the three justices appointed by Trump were improperly selected and all they are doing is "unpacking the court". Trump was filling vacancies. A lie like this is standard operating procedure for the Left: they only want to follow the rules when the rules benefit them and when they don't, it is time to change the rules.

If allowed, the Left will cheat to get their preferred outcome, and we cannot let them win this one. The Republic depends on blocking this effort.
