New ATF receiver rule, Agent gives advice on how to comment

This week the Biden regime declared that the rise in violent crime is because of us rogue gun dealers and he is coming after us. President Biden stated:

"... enough rogue gun dealers feel like they can get away with selling guns to people who aren’t legally allowed to own them. If you willfully sell a gun to someone who is prohibited from possessing it, if you willfully fail to run a background check, if you willfully falsify a record, if you willfully fail to cooperate with the tracing requests or inspections, my message to you is this: We’ll find you, and we will seek your license to sell guns. We’ll make sure you can’t sell death and mayhem on our streets. It’s an outrage. It has to end, and we’ll end it. Period."

The word "willful" is very key, and it was no mistake he used it. During the Obama administration, the ATF used the word "willful" to take away a number of dealers' licenses. Cases were reported that if a paperwork error was made once, it was considered a mistake, but if found a second time, it was considered "willful," and the dealer risked losing his license.

They plan on increased funding of the ATF to increase the number of inspectors to look for these "willful" mistakes.

In other news, the Missouri Attorney General is fighting back, telling the Biden regime that they need to stand down, and any federal government overreach to try and infringe on its citizens Second Amendment rights will not be tolerated. See the letter here .
