No. Anyone legally eligible to purchase a firearm can complete a transfer. An LTC simply qualifies you for our discounted $10 fee instead of $15.
Most NICS background checks are completed within a few minutes. Occasionally a check may be delayed, which can take up to 3 business days. We'll keep you informed throughout.
